Character / Role Model - 2 Parts
The course for this Competency Cluster consists of two modules. In the first module, learners will discuss the qualities of exceptional leaders whom they have encountered and examine different leadership styles. They will undergo an exploration of their own values and find out the importance trust plays in leadership. In the second module, they will have the opportunity to discover how their assumptions and beliefs impact the way they interpret data. They will then explore the concept of mindfulness and look at the importance of a positional leader serving as a good role model.
