The course for this Competency Cluster consists of three modules. In module one, learners will experience working with people with different Operating Styles. They will then learn practical ways for providing people with the right information at the right time. The module concludes with an examination of dialogue and its fundamental importance in a learning-oriented environment. In module two, the learners will recognize different speaking styles and learn how to respond to those styles. They will then learn to address issues by effectively delivering whole messages. In module three, the learners will gain new listening skills and apply the entire suite of communication skills to deal with conflict.
