Our Leadership Model
Our Leadership Model is built upon 28 distinct competencies that are centrally important to effective positional leadership. The competencies are then grouped into seven comprehensive clusters.

The competency clusters include:


Our primary offering is the Leadership Institute, an intensive three-phase leadership development program. In addition to the Institute we have other leadership offerings for continued development of leaders in Saint Paul Public Schools.

Leaders in Saint Paul Public Schools include Principals, Teacher-Leaders, Site Council Chairs and Members, District Staff, and Directors.
