As we broaden and integrate our offerings, we are building on the basis of the Leadership Institute and the Leadership Model. That model identifies 28 competencies of central importance to effective leadership, with the competencies gathered into seven comprehensive clusters. We also support our district's commitment to, and membership in, the National Network of Partnership Schools' Six Types of Involvement.
