Each of our services is tied somehow to our underlying Leadership Model, and reflect our district's commitment to, and membership in, the National Network of Partnership Schools' Six Types of Involvement.

Leadership offerings include:

The Leadership Institute offers and intense workshop that begins with a 3-Phase course in the summer.

The Core Curriculum offers an integrated set of courses with each tied to a specific cluster in the Leadership Model.

The 360°-Feedback program collects feedback and enables the construction of a data-driven individual development plan for leadership.

Our Office provides Coaching Support on specific competencies within the Leadership Model.

We offer Mentoring Support to encourage "the balcony view" and facilitate a smoother transtition into such roles as Principal or Site Council Chair or Director.

We also support and coordinate the Saint Paul Partnership Schools Network (members of the National Network), and all our schools in implementing the School Board Policy on Family-School Partnerships.
