| Site Based Improvement Site-Based Improvement is a part of the Office of Leadership Development's mission to serve as a resource and liaison for schools, communities and central offices. The Office provides leadership, resources, and support for the district’s site-based efforts to improve student achievement. These resources include:

You can now update your site council roster at any time during the year by going in to your SCIP (http://scip.spps.org), under the "Signatures" tab, and editing that list as needed.
This is the same roster that will be used for communication (including the new Connect-ED automated message system) and reporting purposes, in addition to SCIP accounts for viewing, reviewing and signing (you can still set these permissions the same way you did before). For this reason, you are expected to fill in all the information for all site council members. Note that you will need to add information for existing members, as we have added new fields
