Working Constructively with Others
Informing | Presentation Skills | Interpersonal Savvy | Motivating Others | Conflict Management

An individual with strength in this cluster remains in close communication with those around her. She comfortably shares information with others, whether in a formal presentation or informal conversation. She focuses on delivering timely and accurate information. Her sensitivity to what people want and need to know allows her to provide just enough information at just the right time to avoid overloading others. Because she builds rapport well, she can read people well and see when they feel uncomfortable. She then responds in a way to ease their comfort. She does not avoid conflict but addresses it appropriately, using her strong listening skills. She relates well to people across the board. Her insights into other people permits her to find effective ways to engage them, discovering ways to encourage the contribution of their best efforts.
